Saralsewa kendra is an integrated IT enabled service delivery center where people can avail the following services:

1. Govt services through links to all State and Central services. Saralsewa operator works as a facilitator by providing information, applications, document and e -payment facilities on a chargeable basis. Under this, the Facilitator retains all his earnings and does not give any fee to Transkill

2. Business services: Facilitator can offer services such as mobile andDTH recharge, Bill payments, insurance and premium collection, air and bus ticketing and money transfer. 

3. IRCTC: Rail ticketing 

4. Saralsewa services: Registrations and data creations, School fee payment, School / College ERP, Artisan e-shop 

5. Aadhar PVC card printing

6. Card swipe ATM: Citizens can withdraw upto Rs 1000 per day from this low cost Android based application. This will be helpful in any village location where people can withdraw MNREGA wages, pensions and other Govt benefits locally at no charge for 1st 4 transactions per month. 

7. Aadhar based banking: Any person with an Aadhar no. an open a bank account in this facility. People with Aadhar linked bank account can also withdraw upto Rs 10000 per day securely. They can also deposit money into their accounts. It is also an Android based application with Aadhar authentication facility which rides over the risk of PINcompromise.
